Bittersweet.....
Today, at the two month mark post-transplant, I was officially discharged from Westmead Hospital’s care, a moment which I had been anticipating for almost a week and a half, but now that it’s here, I actually am a little sad. I have come so far from the sleepless night waiting for my operation and have formed strong bonds with the Doctors and Nurses who have effectively saved my life. I owe them...
